Transatlantic Workshop on Curriculum Internationalization in Social Sciences and Humanitites

The John F. Kennedy Institute of the Freie Universität Berlin and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) jointly announce a call for participation in the 3rd International TDP Workshop:

Of Roadmaps and Crossroads: Transatlantic Perspectives on Advancing Internationalization in Social Sciences and Humanities

The workshop will take place in Toronto, Canada, September 28-30, 2007. It will serve to explore issues relating specifically to curriculum internationalization in social sciences and humanities, with a particular focus on transatlantic university partnerships in curriculum integration and joint / double degree programs. German University Alliance presents Freie Universität Berlin and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München

Minneapolis, May 31, 2022 -  German University Alliance invited its international partners to celebrate its second anniversary. Dr. Wedigo de Vivanco, Dean of International Affairs, Freie Universität Berlin, and Dr. Stephan Fuchs, Director of International Affairs at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) Munich, spoke about news in the schools' programs, degrees and research opportunities and the universities’ progress in the Excellence Initiative.

The Freie Universität Berlin and the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München have joined together to strengthen and expand the academic bonds between these two prestigious German universities and students, scholars, scientists and universities in the United States of America and Canada. The office of the German University Alliance in Manhattan is dedicated to enhancing and extending the ties between these two countries and Germany, focusing on a variety of academic areas.

Die Freie Universität Berlin und die Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München haben sich in New York zur German University Alliance zusammengeschlossen. Das Büro in Manhattan will den akademischen Austausch zwischen diesen beiden deutschen Spitzen-Universitäten und nordamerikanischen Studenten, Wissenschaftlern und Universitäten ausbauen und intensivieren. Ziel der Alliance ist es, die Beziehungen zwischen Deutschland und den Vereinigten Staaten und Kanada zu stärken und zu vertiefen.
